Our Teachers

  • Stefanie von Siebenthal

As a certified hypnotherapist and talk therapist, Emotional Release guide, and breathwork facilitator, I combine scientific methods with spiritual approaches to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony. I work with empathy, ease, and depth to transform patterns and unlock potential.

I believe that a happy person is a better person. For this planet to change positively, we need more individual happiness — and that’s where I come in.

  • Corina

    Hello, I’m Corina —
a passionate yoga teacher with a warm heart and a love for movement, mindfulness, and community.
In my classes, I create a space where you can truly arrive within yourself, let go, and feel the connection between body and mind.
Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you are warmly welcome.

For me, yoga means finding balance — on and off the mat.

In summer, I was able to offer Yoga & Brunch at the TerrasSee, a beautiful combination of movement, enjoyment, and togetherness.
Now it continues in winter as well: at Dawn to Dusk, once a month you can experience a special winter edition of Yoga by the Lake.

  • Shantidevi Sherpa

My name is Shantidevi Sherpa. As a cacao ceremonialist and Lu Jong teacher, I accompany people on their journey toward heart opening, self-connection, and inner wisdom. The superfood cacao is my daily companion: it nourishes, anchors presence, and inspires energy, clarity, and openness. True ceremonial cacao is a powerful healing plant — accessible, inclusive, connecting, and enlivening.

It is an honor for me to make ceremonial cacao accessible to everyone together with Ina & Felix at TerrasSee, and to create a space for heart opening, transformation, and connection!

"People can only meet you as deeply as they have met themselves."

I am convinced that what you heal within yourself also heals the world and the people around you. The change you want to experience begins with you. You carry all wisdom within. As a holistic mentor, I have made it my heartfelt mission to guide you back to your potential, your essence, and to strengthen you in your true expression and your values.

Even as a child, I became aware that I perceive the world a little differently—especially deeply, intensely, and in all its power. As a sensitive being, the subtle world is my home, and I had no hesitation sharing this connection with my friends already in kindergarten. Their overwhelm, and the feeling of not belonging to the “circle,” came soon after. Through work and performance pressure, I became a total head-driven person and suppressed my connection to my spirituality almost completely for many years.

The wake-up call kept coming, but it took painful experiences before I was able to awaken to my essence.

That was the moment when yoga came back into my life. Through meditation and the teachings on prana, our life force, I saw with crystal clarity what needed to change in my life in order to find my way back to my heart.

Another journey to Bali finally allowed me to wake up to a life-changing decision.

And from that point on, I never looked back.

The last 10 years have led me deeply back to myself, and I clearly see myself as an alchemist of both worlds—the everyday and the mystical.

We are born to experience the wholeness of this human journey; turning away from our spiritual side means denying our highest self, our soul.

By weaving together the Shri Vidya tradition, Tantra, Ayurveda, Raja Yoga, a devoted journey into the power of the feminine, reconnection to nature through Mama Cacao, and shamanism, I developed my own medicine—the medicine of guiding women back to their true essence.

Fully savoring life, to me, means repeatedly bringing the three elements—body, mind, and soul—into harmony. Only then can we express our true voice.
